CUBE 1150 (bar) high-pressure cleaner is engineered with high performance (45kW), operational reliability, minimization of maintenance and Simplicity of control so that the worker with the minimum experience of high-pressure water jet cleaning can handle the hydro-cleaner. The Modular construction high pressure pump allows easy change of parameters either to higher pressures or higher flow rates, while maintaining the maximum output of the aggregate, which greatly enhances its use.
The CUBE 1150 is ideal for use in demanding environments where it is necessary to remove strong deposits, paint, rust, bitumen, etc. The hydroscanner is also suitable for concrete rebuilding and reinforced concrete structures, cleaning tanks, reservoirs, floors and other contaminated areas.

Control of the high-pressure cleaning unit is provided by the SIEMENS Control & Go control system that monitors and monitors all the operating and safety conditions of the unit. The heart of each high-pressure cleaning machine is a high-pressure pump. As a high-pressure water source, either the high pressure pumps of the CUBE 1150 are used in the AQH 50 series (for the aggregate with maximum pressure) or a high-pressure pump of the AQM 50 series (for a medium-pressure version of the aggregate).

High-pressure cleaner is fitted as standard with the Caterpillar C 2.2 engine. where power transmission is ensured by a reduction gear and a flexible clutch. The 60 l diesel tank is also included, and the starter battery is equipped with a disconnector.

The CUBE 1150 is built into a solid steel frame that is mounted on silentblocks, the soundproofed cavity incorporates a damping material that increases the ability of the device to be used in city centers and residential developments. At customer's request, the aggregate can be placed in cabin extensions of freight wagons or trailers, shipping containers, trucks etc.
