A high-pressure hot water electric unit with an enclosure designed for pressures up to 500 bar and 20 l/min has been developed for demanding daily operations in depots, garages, service and manufacturing facilities, and other industrial environments. The combination of hot water and high pressure ensures effective cleaning of the most resistant deposits, such as asphalt, oils, construction materials, adhesives, paints, and machine rust, from machines, equipment, heat exchangers, cooling circuits, castings, molds, and more. The machine can also be used without the heating module and can be used for conventional cold-water applications, such as concrete restoration, scaffold and formwork cleaning, removal of stubborn contaminants with a rotating jet or sandblasting.

A 500-bar pressure washer mounted on a robust frame with four wheels and handles for easier maneuverability in industrial areas. The core of the high-pressure cleaning machine is a powerful high-pressure plunger pump unit with an electric motor (22 kW) controlled by a frequency converter.
The hydro cleaner includes a high-pressure heating module (diesel) that ensures the heating of the high-pressure water jet.
1. Electric motor controlled by a frequency converter:
The frequency converter allows the control system to adjust the pressure and flow by changing the motor speed, significantly expanding the capabilities of the cleaning equipment when dealing with materials that could otherwise be easily damaged by high pressure and flow.
2. Control system and safety:
The control system of the unit continuously monitors fault conditions and automatically shuts off the device if any deviation from normal operating conditions is detected. Any faults are displayed on the control unit's screen, allowing the operator to easily identify the issue.
Additionally, the system reduces the motor speed when the spray gun is turned off and gradually increases it when the gun is activated, preventing sudden power surges and facilitating smooth and comfortable gun operation.
As a result of reducing the motor speed, the service life of pump components is extended.
3. Intuitive operation:
The operation of the unit is simplified to the maximum extent to enable its use by a briefly trained operator.
Thanks to the technologies employed, the operation of the spray gun is very straightforward and does not excessively strain the operator physically.
4. Long service intervals:
The components of the device, especially the electric motor and high-pressure pump, are adequately oversized to extend the service intervals to once a year.
