Description

The 900 bar HYDROBLASTER high-pressure cleaner is integrated into a welded frame with wheels and handles for easier handling and transport. The heart of the unit is a durable three-plunger pump that delivers pressures of up to 900 bar at a flow rate of 15 l/min. The pump is powered by a BRIGGS & STRATTON / Vanguard 40 HP EFI petrol engine.

The standard equipment of the high-pressure unit includes:

  • pressure regulator connected to the by-pass line
  • central TOTAL STOP emergency stop button
  • low-pressure suction gauge
  • suction pressure sensor for dry-run protection
  • hour meter
  • low-pressure filter
  • oil pressure warning light
  • high-pressure water outlet pressure gauge
  • pressure regulator
  • thermal relief valve for protection against overheating of the pump water circuit
  • 20 l fuel tank

The unit is equipped with automatic shutdown in the event of insufficient water pressure at the suction inlet (dry-run protection function), an oil pressure warning light, and a central TOTAL STOP emergency stop button.

Easy operation is a particular advantage for construction companies that frequently change machine operators.

Applications

  • high-pressure cleaning of scaffolding and formwork
  • rehabilitation of concrete, reinforced concrete, and monolithic structures
  • cleaning of machinery, heat exchangers, filters, and cooling circuits
  • removal of rust, paint, and stubborn deposits
