AQTA 1-500/0,3-P

Professional testing equipment for defectoscopic leak testing of products, generating an overpressure of 500 bar with a maximum flow rate of 0.3 l/min. Compressed air is used as the drive medium. The maximum test pressure is directly proportional to the driving air pressure with a multiplication factor of approximately 1:86, i.e. 5.8 bar = 500 bar.

DESCRIPTION

The mobile pressure unit AQTA 1-500/0.3-P is an assembly mounted on a common frame welded from profiles with a handle for easier handling. The heart of the pressure device is a high-pressure, pneumatically driven pump MAXIMATOR M72 LVE, reaching pressures of 500 bar.

Pumped liquid – mechanically clean water up to 40 °C.

Water supply inlet: GEKA
High-pressure water outlet: DN6 port (M18×1.5 / 24° DKOS).

Option to rent a high-pressure hose DN6; PN 640 bar – 10,000 mm (from the T-piece outlet to the take-off M18×1.2 / 24°); mating part with internal thread G1/2″-OUT.

The equipment can only be used in locations where compressed air is available.
