The maximum test air pressure is directly proportional to the air pressure with a multiplier of about 1: 400, 4 bar = 1600bar. From the principle of device operation, you can practically not exceed the required pressure in the test object . The operator will also appreciate the simple operation and speed of connection to the test system. The pushing unit has only 45 kg and is placed on a frame with wheels for easier handling. Care is also your own 10 liter stainless steel tank .

DESCRIPTION
The AQTA 1 - 2500 / 0,1 - P Mobile Compression Unit is mounted on a common frame welded from rectangular profiles equipped with two (two swiveling and two fixed) wheels and a handle for easier handling. The heart of the pressure device is a high-pressure, pneumatically operated pump MAXIMATOR , reaching pressures up to 3000 bar.
Simplicity of control is to set up a low-pressure air pressure regulator located at the input of the drive, controlling the pressure in the device under test, where the ratio 1: 400, 4 bar (air) = 1600 bar (water)
The device can only be used in places where compressed air is provided.
