The delivery includes a control and safety system, high-pressure unit and high-pressure piping installed directly on the construction of the cement plant Preheater (heat exchanger), which includes terminals located near the inspection (service) openings of the Preheaters. The high-pressure piping solution greatly simplifies the handling of high-pressure hoses, speeds up the work and also includes the most important safety features.
All terminals contain special high-pressure safety valvea and a connection to the high pressure electric gun. The commissioning of the terminal is controlled from the control room, on the instruction of the operator of the high-pressure equipment, and also includes a safety switch, which again increases the safety of the working with high-pressure technology.
