Pressure cabin for destructive pressure tests of air conditioning compressor bodies

Pressure box was designed for controlling the whole process of the DPT (destructvi pressure test) of the air conditioning compressors (1000 bar).

CHARACTERISTICS:

The pressure stand was made of durable stainless steel materials with a great care on safety due to destructive pressure tests. The cabin is equipped with a pull-out grate for easy insertint and fastening the pressurized objects.

 

CONTROL AND SAFETY SYSTEM

The control system allows recording of the pressure test (pressure increase, maintaining the stable pressure, pressure reduction) is displayed on a 7 "color touch screen, which show the pressurizing and point of the destruction on the charts as well. The safety system also includes a flash beacon and siren, indicating insufficient security of the pressure cabin (correct closing of the door, correct water pressure, etc.) and prevents the commencement of pressure tests. The whole system is designed to withstand possible leakage of liquid in the event of rupture of the pressurized object, the compressor body.
