AQH 50

Three plunger pump with direct crankshaft drive up to 60 kW and pressures 1150 bar. AQH 50 pumps deliver high flow rates of up to 54 l/min and are the ideal solution for demanding concrete surface preparation, paint and rust removal, cleaning heat exchangers and other balsting and sand blasting application. They are used also for high pressure hydrostatic testing.

High pressure pumps are also suitable as a pressure source for hydraulic systems, units, presses, forging machines etc.

Characteristics

  • High reliability and long life is guaranteed by high quality stainless steel hydraulical part
  • Minimum pulsation is ensured by precise design of valve junction
  • Thoroughly separation pump head with pumped medium from mechanical part filled by oil results in higher pump reliability and low maintenance requirements
  • Long service intervals causing minimum operating costs
  • Pumped medium : water, oils and slightly chemically aggressive substances; other media can be pumped after consultation with our designers

Pump description:

Mechanical part

  • verified crankshaft mechanism
  • straight drive of the crankshaft from the drive machine, allowing even radial load on the output shaft (belt drive optional, mechanical gears do not need to be used)
  • versions:
    • drive shaft can be turned right or left
    • oil lubrication or forced (pressure) lubrication from an external power source (to use very low RPM, especially in food industry)
    • integrated water cooling system of the oil filling

Hydraulic part

  • optimized according to pressure, flow and pumped medium demands
  • corrosion and cavitation resistant (ferritic and austenitic stainless steel)
  • hydraulic parts can be manufactured from steels of various grades and can be customized to almost any medium (chemically aggressive substances, highly viscous liquids, nonstandard temperature, mechanically contaminated liquids, etc.) - more in Tailor-made pump

Valve junction

  • precision design ensures minimal pulsation in the pumping system
  • suitable for pneumatic shut-off valves for optional and fast control of the pumping

Seals

  • designed as maintenance-free rings to minimize operator demands

Plungers

  • wide range of diameters will satisfy all customer requirements
  • made of high quality austenitic stainless steel
  • extraordinary lifetime is achieved by a combination of high hardness, durability and high quality surface treatment
